Introduction O.CT Company, means Mr. O’s consulting and training company, is a new business located in Ottawa, Canada, specializing in general business training such as project management, procurement, and consulting business for small, medium size business. Primary services will include market feasibility studies, mission statement, recognition risk, market strategy, business models for our company, competition analysis, summarize of financial situation, and the guideless of six months plan. Our objective is to provide our clients with business services and related training that can help them become more successful, professional and to become a leader in consulting to small and medium sized businesses. †¢ Name and Logo The first important step to start a new business is to create a value proposition for the business brand involving of deciding a name and a logo.
